Racial quotas in hiring and employment

In September 2020, some of the country’s biggest companies adjusted their hiring practices to employ people based on their skin color, in this case favoring Blacks. What this means is that their race was explicitly considered in the hiring process, thus putting Whites, Asians, and others at a disadvantage.

Fast forward to 2022:

Although Title VII the 1964 Civil Rights Actprotects individuals against employment discrimination on the basis of race and color,” some of the largest companies in America openly factor race in their hiring decisions, privileging Blacks and discarding Whites.

Their justification is, essentially, revenge. They portray Whites as uniquely evil, apply insulting generalizations to White people as a whole, and ignore any history of slavery, violence, discrimination, mistreatment, ethnocentrism, or warfare perpetrated by any other race. They are not interested in a society in which you are an individual. They are interested in a society of fragmented, clashing identity groups, in which a racial caste system determines your opportunities in life.
