In September 2020, some of the country’s biggest companies adjusted their hiring practices to employ people based on their skin color, in this case favoring Blacks.

Title VII the 1964 Civil Rights Act “protects individuals against employment discrimination on the basis of race and color,” and yet some of the largest companies in America openly factor race in their hiring decisions, privileging Blacks and disenfranchising Whites.
Why do these anti-Whites act like this? I’m not certain, but it seems their justification is essentially revenge. They portray Whites as uniquely evil, apply insulting generalizations to White people as a whole, and ignore any history of slavery, violence, discrimination, mistreatment, ethnocentrism, or warfare perpetrated by their own race or any other race.
They are not interested in equality (which is why they’ve replaced it with “equity”), they are interested in power. They will invent endless new Rube Goldberg-esque theories or excuse any degree of their own misbehavior in pursuit of their goal.
The outcome of these people leading our governments, corporations, and schools can be plainly seen by casual observation: a collapsing Western society consisting of fragmented, clashing identity groups, in which a racial caste system determines your opportunities in life. This will persist as long as it benefits the handful of comically wealthy lords at the top of the pyramid.
